Very good strudl, that Eduardo showed me how to do
cover puff pastry with spinach leaves(I use normal salat leaves, its cheaper), cover it with caramelized onion(onion fryed on butter with sufar) and put goat cheese in the middle and roll it
bake it at the end in oven
