chestnut risotto

Roasted, peeled, chestnuts cut into half, and warm them up on a frying pan.
then add and mix with the rice cooked yesterday

If the rice is too dry. Pour in a little water.
After a while, we exhausted from the fire, and put it on a plate and sprinkle with parsley

If you don't have chestnuts, you can use grated celery root instead
